WHY REVOLUTIONARY?
All of the competition requires regular servicing and either use flue tubes or sectional cast iron designs.
These types of boilers are designed predominantly to burn gas or heating oils.
Other manufacturers simply buy in a boiler from another manufacturer and mount their burner on it.
The unit is compromised because when burning used oil, the ash which is produced causes the boiler to become restricted, reducing their efficiency and its service interval.
The owner may have saved money on the initial purchase but will be constantly reminded of its inferior design due to the regular need for cleaning out of the ash.
UNIQUE COIL DESIGN
Clean Burn soon realised that adapting other manufacturers boilers had limited appeal.
By building and designing their own boiler from scratch and eliminating torturous pass ways using their unique coil design increased the service interval up to 10x of other competitor’s machines.
In Simple terms the average service interval of our competitors’ machines is between 75-100 hours or monthly and in some cases the cleaning of the burner head more frequently.
Clean Burn’s engineering means service intervals range from 750-1000 hours with no interim burn attention.
